Tenancy administration includes tenant referencing; right to rent checks at the start of and, where required, during the tenancy; preparing the tenancy agreement; registering the deposit; serving prescribed information and safety certificates; and providing applicable government guidance.
Non-Housing Act tenancies
For applicable non-Housing Act agreements, such as company lets or tenancies with annual rent above £100,000:
