Customer Reviews

  • For me, Ed and Tim of Trispens have been the difference between wanting to remain a landlord and not. Their advice over the past 10 years has been thoughtful, proactive and reassuringly professional. Whether dealing with annoying maintenance niggles or significant tenant negotiations, I have felt them at my side and have my back.

  • “I highly recommend Tim Lawler at Trispens. We have worked with Tim for roughly 8 years . He has found many amazing tenants for us that we have always been so pleased with. His way of working , always being at the end of the phone , being fair and honest with us and to the potential tenants . More importantly we feel completely confident to put a property in his hands to be occupied. We had been so pleased with his level of service that for the last 8 years we appointed him to manage our properties. When there’s a problem his contacts for good workmen is fast and reasonably priced . He is always ready to listen and no problem is too big for him to sort out. As a landlord it is a true luxury to have someone you can trust.

  • We are very happy to recommend Tim/Trispens. You could not be in safer hands. We have always found Tim to be very professional and incredibly helpful when any issues arise.

  • Tim Lawler (Trispens) has managed my properties for over 15 years and I couldn’t recommend him more highly for his honesty, hard work and efficiency. Nothing is too much trouble and he provides an excellent value for money service.

  • Tim Lawler at Trispens has been my agent for 2 properties I have rented out since 2019 and I can recommend him wholeheartedly. He is the best agent I have ever dealt with by a long chalk and I would not consider using anyone else. He is a great communicator, extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with, both for letting the properties in the first place and then managing them subsequently. You will not do better than using this agency!

  • Trispens has been letting my two London flats for nearly 10 years, and I cannot praise them enough. They have consistently secured excellent tenants who pay the appropriate market rent, and any issues are handled promptly before I even become aware of them. Many people complain about letting agent fees, but with Trispens, every penny is worth it. Their service gives me complete peace of mind, allowing me to forget about the day-to-day management of my properties and trust Tim to handle everything seamlessly.

  • Last May I engaged Trispens for the first time to rent out my property. I will be using them again. Very hands on approach and quality of the tenants was good.

  • As a manager of a substantial London property portfolio, I've relied on high street estate agents for services. However, my perspective shifted significantly after being introduced to Tim and Ed from Trispens. Initially, I was skeptical of Trispens' promise of superior service and value for money. Yet, I have been consistently impressed by Tim and Ed's professionalism, personalized attention, and hands-on approach—qualities that are increasingly rare in today's market.

  • Tim at Trispens manages my property seamlessly, with a team that is friendly, professional, and highly efficient. Their expert guidance on market conditions is invaluable, and their communication and customer service are exceptional. Having proven their excellence in sales, lettings, and management, they now handle properties for my family and many friends. I highly recommend Trispens for their outstanding reliability and expertise!

  • Trispens does an outstanding job as the best agent I've worked with over the past few decades. Honest, unbiased advice, deal with all issues immediately and with amazing communication. Really the most trusted company you could choose to manage your lettings or sales!

  • Tim at Trispens has been a trusted advisor for almost a decade, I first met him whilst renting one of his managed flats in Sloane Square. I was very impressed with his professionalism, so much so that when I bought an investment property in Barons Court I immediately passed the management over to him. He is always available and always ready to help. Highly recommended.
